Custom data room invite emails have been in Peony since June 24, 2026, on Deal Team and Enterprise: you edit the invitation's subject, logo and body with a live preview. Resending invites for invite-only links shipped the same day.

## What does it do?

Invitations to a data room can carry your own wording and logo instead of Peony's default text, and invites that were missed can be sent again.

## Who is it for?

Advisors and funds who want a process letter-style invitation from their own brand, and anyone chasing invitees who did not open the first email.

## How does it work?

On a visitor group's **Visitors** step, switch on **Custom invite email** and edit the subject, logo and body; a live preview shows the result. For invite-only links, use **Resend** to send the invitation again.
