# Re-signable agreements (one NDA for every visitor) in Peony's virtual data room

Re-signable agreements have been in Peony's virtual data room since August 12, 2026, on the Data Room plan and above: you build one agreement, such as a mutual NDA, and every visitor signs their own copy, with no recipient list. Signature analytics and history shipped the same day.

## What does it do?

Peony now has two kinds of e-signature document. A standard agreement is sent to named signers. A **re-signable agreement** is built once and shared with many people: each visitor signs it for themselves and gets their own copy.

## Who is it for?

Anyone who needs the same signature from many people, such as a mutual NDA before a call, terms of access for a data room or a standard acknowledgement.

## How does it work?

1. Create the agreement from a template, in any folder.
2. Add **Signature**, **Initial** and **Text** fields. Signers can jump to the next field.
3. Add it to a data room. Each visitor signs their own copy.

Every completed signature is stored with a timestamp, IP address and verification hash. Signed PDFs and audit logs appear in the **Signatures** view, which since August 12, 2026 also shows signature analytics and history.

## Which plans include it?

Re-signable agreements are on Data Room ($52 per admin per month billed annually, $75 billed monthly), Deal Team and Enterprise. Standard e-signatures are limited to 3 per month on Free and unlimited on Business and above. See [pricing](https://www.peony.ink/pricing).

## How does it compare?

Standalone e-signature tools usually need a recipient per envelope. A re-signable agreement inside the data room needs no list, because the visitor is the signer.

Yes. On the Data Room plan and above, a re-signable agreement is built once and added to a data room, and each visitor signs and receives their own copy.
