# Multiple workspaces with one login in Peony

Since October 5, 2026, one Peony login can switch between several workspaces, each with its own data rooms, admins, plan and billing. This works on all plans, and since October 8, 2026 a new workspace can be created from the same menu.

## What does it do?

A workspace holds everything for one company: its data rooms, admins, plan, billing, branding and custom domain. With switching, the same email address can belong to several workspaces and move between them from one menu.

## Who is it for?

Advisors running separate client mandates, fund managers with several entities, and founders with more than one company.

## How does it work?

Open the workspace list at the top of the left sidebar and pick a workspace, or click **Create new workspace**. A new workspace starts on Free and is billed on its own. Peony does not switch workspaces while files are still uploading.

## Which plans include it?

All plans. Plans and admin seats are counted per workspace, so upgrading one does not upgrade the others. See [pricing](https://www.peony.ink/pricing).

## How does it compare?

Keeping each client or company in its own workspace separates admins, invoices and branding, which suits advisors who must keep mandates apart.
