How to Approach US Robotics VCs

Robotics fundraising is structurally different from software fundraising. Here is what I have seen work on our platform:

1. Lead with the prototype demo, not the pitch deck. Robotics VCs want to see the robot work before reading your financial model. Upload a demo video as the first document in your data room. On Peony, I see investors spend 3x longer on demo videos than slide decks for robotics raises.

2. Organize by investor type. Use separate personalized links for financial VCs, corporate VCs, and defense investors. Corporate VCs like NVentures and Amazon AIIF want integration details.
