What does it do?
A custom domain lets visitors open your data room links on an address you own, such as dataroom.yourfirm.com, instead of a peony.ink URL. Combined with your logo and colours, recipients see your brand from the link to the last page.
Who is it for?
Advisors, banks and funds that run deals under their own name, and companies that want investors or buyers to see a familiar domain in the link they click.
How does it work?
- Add the domain in your workspace settings.
- Create the DNS record Peony shows you at your domain provider.
- Once the domain is verified, new links use it.
Two follow-ups shipped on October 28 and 29, 2026: workspaces can set up a custom domain per team and choose which domain each data room uses, and additional live domains beyond the first are reserved for the Deal Team plan.
Which plans include it?
The first custom domain is included on Data Room ($52 per admin per month billed annually, $75 billed monthly). Deal Team ($64 annually, $89 monthly, minimum 4 admins) and Enterprise can run more than one. See pricing.
How does it compare?
White-label domains are a common feature of virtual data rooms aimed at deal teams. In Peony the domain is part of the Data Room plan rather than a separate add-on.
