Custom Branding: Logo, Colors, Cover Image
Customize Peony data rooms with your logo, brand colors, cover image, and brand card so counterparties see your identity, not Peony's.
Last updated April 10, 2026
Peony data rooms inherit your branding — logo, colors, cover image, brand card. Set it at the workspace level (default for every room) or override per data room.
Every tier includes logo and color customization. Custom domains are the one branding feature gated to Business.
What You Can Customize
- Logo. Workspace-level default, or per-room override for project-specific marks.
- Brand colors. Primary and accent applied to buttons, links, and room chrome.
- Cover image. Landscape hero at the top of your landing page.
- Brand card. Intro screen viewers see before they access files.
- Footer text. Optional disclaimer or copyright line.
Where to Set Branding
- Workspace settings → Branding. Applies to every data room under this workspace. Most teams set once and leave it.
- Individual data room → Branding tab. Overrides workspace defaults. Useful for white-labeling a client deal, running under a project codename, or a spin-out entity.
Rooms with no overrides fall back to workspace defaults automatically.
Recommended Image Dimensions
- Logo: 400×200 PNG with transparent background. PNG composites cleanly against cover and brand colors.
- Cover image: 1920×480 landscape. Avoid important text near the edges — it can get cropped on narrow or ultrawide displays.
- Brand card image: 800×600.
Blurry logo after upload? Re-export at a higher resolution (at least 400px wide) instead of scaling up a small file.
