Set a Thumbnail for a Folder or Data Room
Give a folder or data room its own cover image in Peony, and remove it to go back to the default look.

In grid view, every folder and data room shows a thumbnail. By default Peony generates it from what is inside. Set Thumbnail lets you replace it with your own image, so a room's folders read at a glance as a branded set (for example one image per section), and Remove Thumbnail puts it back.
Set a Thumbnail
- Open the data room in grid view.
- Open the folder's menu: hover its top-right corner and click the … icon, or right-click the folder.
- Choose Set Thumbnail and pick the image you want to show.
The same menu (Rename, Set Thumbnail, Remove Thumbnail, Move, Download, Duplicate, Delete) is on a data room's card on your home screen, so a data room can have a thumbnail too.
Remove a Thumbnail
Open the same menu and choose Remove Thumbnail. The folder or data room goes back to how it looked before you set one, with the default thumbnail.
