Peony has three tiers. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan — you only pay for admins on your own team.

Per-Admin Pricing
You pay per admin (people on your team who manage rooms) — not per viewer. Share with unlimited investors, clients, or counterparties at no extra cost.
Inviting a new admin triggers a pro-rated charge immediately. There is no confirmation step before the charge lands.
Example. You're on Business ($40/admin/mo) with one admin. On day 15 of a 30-day cycle, you invite a second admin. Your next invoice:
- $40 for yourself (next cycle)
- $20 pro-rated for the new admin (remaining 15 days)
- $40 for the new admin (next cycle)
Total: $100 next invoice, then $80/month going forward.
If accidental, remove the admin under Settings → Team and email sean@peony.ink within 24 hours for a refund. See Add or Remove Admin Seats.
Discounts
- First-time founders / bootstrapped startups — first-year discount on Pro.
- Early-stage VCs and accelerator-backed companies — partner discount on Business, first year.
- Annual upfront — deeper discount for annual billing.
Apply codes at checkout. If checkout errors, email sean@peony.ink and the code will be applied to a manual invoice.
Compliance
- SOC 2 Type II — in progress via Sprinto.
- GDPR — compliant.
If Checkout Fails
Stripe checkout occasionally fails for certain card/region combinations.
- Try a different card (different bank usually works).
- Still failing? Email sean@peony.ink.
- You'll get a direct Stripe invoice link, usually same business day.
