What changed?
Peony's pricing page now lists five plans, all priced per admin with unlimited visitors:

Who is it for?
Data Room fits most single-deal and fundraising use. Deal Team adds the controls larger processes need, such as redaction, the advanced Q&A workflow and custom invite emails. Enterprise is for regulated and agent-driven deployments.
How does it work?
Each workspace has its own plan. The Data Room plan comes with a 7-day free trial that does not need a credit card. Annual billing has been available since January 9, 2026.
How does it compare?
Many virtual data room providers price per page, per GB or per project and publish no prices. Peony publishes flat per-admin prices with no page or storage charges on Data Room and above.
