What does it do?
- Streamlined access: after a visitor verifies their email once, they do not need a new code for 7 days, which removes repeated one-time codes for frequent readers.
- Audit trail tab: one place to see everything a single visitor did in a data room, separate from room-wide analytics.
Who is it for?
Rooms with readers who come back often, such as investors in an active round, and teams who need a per-person record for compliance or a dispute.
How does it work?
Streamlined access is turned on or off from Settings at the bottom left of the app. The audit trail has its own tab in the data room.
